Scott Bartz on FOX News

A funny thing happened on the way to my interview at FOX News in Manhattan…..

As I got off the train in Penn Station, I realized I had left my directions to the FOX News Corporation building at home. After several dropped calls to my wife, I got the directions for the one-mile walk. I approached the intersections of 47th avenue and Avenues of America with 15 minutes to spare. From 47th avenue, the name and address of the skyscraper to my left were not visible. I looked at the address on my notebook and then at the addresses on the businesses across the street. I turned right and walked toward 46th avenue to get to 1121 Avenues of America. I soon learned – but not soon enough – that the FOX News building is at 1211 Avenues of America, between 47th and 48th avenues. I had written the address down wrong.

I finally found myself sitting in the FOX studio in Manhattan at 8:20 a.m, ready for my 8:15 a.m. live interview with the FOX affiliate in Chicago. The folks at FOX News in Chicago, with an abundance of professionalism and courtesy, taped the following interview and posted it on their website. Since the interview was set up for a live feed, the FOX interviewer’s questions cannot be heard. (Link to FOX story)
